The idea.
Moving music and a world moving message combined! The Gospel Project-Ruhr e.V. made it their task to support people from all over the Ruhr-area in their creative talents no matter their nationality. Kids (XS), youth and adults (XL) should have the opportunity to experience and express music and culture actively themselves.
We combine rehearsals with goal oriented projects such as gospel concerts, self written and composed musicals, and the annual Christmas Celebration in the Ruhr-area. Starting from 120 participants in the Gospel Project, we now have over 500 participants: About 250 adults (Gospel XL), about 250 kids (Gospel XS).
The concerts, which are always sold out, mediate the content and the spirit of the gospel.
The Gospel Project-Ruhr is a registered, non-profit association that is financially independent, non-confessional, with about 100 volunteers.
